HR MOT with Reasonable Steps

A fixed-fee health check of your HR, including the duty to prevent sexual harassment. Employers have had to take reasonable steps since 26 October 2024. From 30 October 2026 that becomes all reasonable steps, and you can also be liable for harassment of your staff by third parties, such as customers and clients. £1,750 + VAT at 20% (£2,100 inc. VAT) for one site with up to 50 staff (£1,575 + VAT at 20%, £1,890 inc. VAT, if booked by 30 November 2026); £3,500 + VAT (£4,200 inc. VAT) for 51 to 100 staff; £4,750 + VAT (£5,700 inc. VAT) for 101 to 250. Online as standard; an on-site day can be added for about £1,850 + VAT at 20% (£2,220 inc. VAT) plus mileage.

Six-Month Rule Reset

From 1 January 2027 (enacted, not yet in force), employees can claim ordinary unfair dismissal after six months. We'll make sure your probation process is ready, in four weeks. £2,950 + VAT at 20% (£3,540 inc. VAT) for up to 100 staff. Book by 24 November 2026 for delivery before Christmas.
