HR MOT with Reasonable Steps
For MDs and HR leads at businesses with up to 250 staff. You get a board-ready red, amber and green risk report and a prioritised plan.
From 30 October 2026, employers in Great Britain must take all reasonable steps to prevent sexual harassment of their employees, and must not permit harassment of their employees by third parties, such as customers and clients, whether it’s sexual or related to race, disability, religion or another protected characteristic. The test is what you actually did, not only what your policy says.
The scope
- A review of your contracts, handbook and key HR documents
- A Reasonable Steps check against the strengthened sexual harassment duty
- Employment Rights Act readiness: what changes for you in 2026 and 2027
- A 60-minute debrief with Mandy to walk through the findings and the plan
Included in the up-to-50-staff price: one site, up to 10 key documents, a sample of 5 staff files, up to 2 manager conversations, any live cases noted (not investigated) and the debrief.
Turnaround: your report within 10 working days of receiving your documents, followed by the debrief. Remote by default.
